Suzanne Robinson founded our company in 1971
under the name of Suzanne Robinson Real Estate Ltd. As her real estate business prospered, Suzanne sought ways
of improving both her office, and the career opportunities of her sales associates, and subsequently affiliated
with the CENTURY 21 system.
In 1978, she and Pasquale Ricciuti purchased a CENTURY 21 franchise and the
name of the company changed to CENTURY 21 Suzanne Robinson Ltd. Suzanne Robinson became President and Pasquale
Ricciuti was Vice-President and General Manager.
Suzanne and Pasquale chose the CENTURY 21 organization because it is a worldwide network of more than 6,000 offices attracting buyers and sellers from all over the world. Homeowners recognize the CENTURY 21 name - a name they have come to trust. We also believe that sales associates working for the CENTURY 21 system enjoy substantial benefits, including ongoing professional training about the latest marketing techniques and the newest financial tools and access to other CENTURY 21 professionals locally, nationally and internationally. In Canada there are over 360 offices and over 6000 sales associates.
Our company has earned the highest award given out by the CENTURY 21 organization in Canada - the Gerry Miller award, in recognition of superior performance and for conveying a great synergistic attitude as a franchise within the CENTURY 21 system in Canada. In 1996 our office was number 22 in Canada and over several years we have attained the Office Centurion award. By continuing to provide honest, efficient and courteous service to the public in our area, we plan to continue to see our firm grow in the years ahead. |
